These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Keel app and related services (the "Service"). By using Keel, you agree to these Terms. This document is a template and should be reviewed by your own legal counsel before publishing.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. By using Keel you confirm you meet this requirement.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Health & safety disclaimer

Keel provides training guidance for informational purposes and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning or changing a training program. You train at your own risk, and you should stop and seek help if you feel unwell.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access it through unauthorized means, or use it to violate any law or the rights of others.

5. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by Keel and its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Subscriptions & payments

Some features may require a paid subscription. Pricing, billing cycles, and renewal terms are presented at the point of purchase and are subject to the terms of the app store through which you subscribe.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that could cause harm.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Keel is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the changes.
